You may request closure of your account at any time through support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
winpkr2 processes all deposits and withdrawals in PKR. Supported payment channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Before any withdrawal is processed, winpkr2 may require identity verification documents if they have not already been provided and approved.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. winpkr2 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified before any fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in — your balance minus any applicable fees will be available.
winpkr2 offers a range of bonuses including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses and enhanced sports odds during major cricket events such as PSL and T20 internationals. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 10x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to real money available for withdrawal. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms on the Promotions page.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, slot games and bingo may have different contribution percentages toward clearing a bonus. These percentages are listed in the terms of each individual promotion. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution do not count toward wagering requirements at all.
winpkr2 monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with abuse — including low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer more than once, or coordinated wagering between accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, winpkr2 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may suspend the account pending investigation.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time limit, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account and cannot be reinstated.
The winpkr2 sportsbook covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches — along with football, esports and other sports. All sports bets are governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to system confirmation. In cases of a technical fault or an obvious pricing error, winpkr2 reserves the right to void a bet at the erroneous odds and refund the stake. winpkr2 will not be held to clearly incorrect odds caused by system errors.
Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Odds during in-play betting change rapidly based on match conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding at the odds accepted. Delays in internet connectivity on your end may mean that odds have changed between your placement attempt and system confirmation — in such cases the bet will be settled at the confirmed odds shown in your bet history.
If a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, suspended or postponed before the minimum qualifying period of play required by winpkr2 rules for that sport, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport — including what constitutes a qualifying period — are available in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed in the sportsbook. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum for a market will be capped at the published limit regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
winpkr2 offers live casino games, slot titles and bingo. All games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer interaction. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for slot games is displayed within the game information panel for each title.
Casino and slot game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by previous results, session history or account status. winpkr2 does not manipulate game outcomes. If you experience a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection at a critical moment — the game round will be resolved according to the platform's fault resolution policy, which aims to settle incomplete rounds fairly based on the game state at the time of disconnection.
Bingo games run on fixed schedules. Tickets purchased for a bingo round are non-refundable once the round has started. If a bingo session is interrupted by a technical issue on the platform side, affected players will receive a refund of their ticket cost or an equivalent credit.
The winpkr2 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered players start at Bronze. Tier progression is based on loyalty points earned through real-money activity across all game categories on the platform.
Loyalty points are earned automatically on qualifying real-money bets. The points rate per PKR wagered may vary by game type and is displayed in the VIP section of your account. Points accumulate on a rolling basis and are used to calculate your tier position. Tier upgrades take effect automatically when the required points threshold is reached — no manual claim is required.

Tier status is reviewed on a periodic basis. Players who do not maintain the activity level associated with their current tier during a review period may be moved to a lower tier. The following activities are strictly prohibited on winpkr2. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds pending investigation:
